About Me

Hello, I’m Jen Aly, a money & business coach for creative and holistic entrepreneurs.

For the past 20 years, it has been my passion to support people to leverage the creative process to succeed. Today that translates into supporting more right-brained entrepreneurs in the business world by helping them learn business skills in a way that leverages their genius.

I struggled with my first business because I avoided numbers, which, (surprise!) eventually led to bankruptcy.

Years later I started a new business as a jewelry designer. This time I was able to shift my mindset and embrace the components of business to align with my values.

Through my coaching and trainings, I share the hard lessons, priceless tools, and growth mindset that helped me create a thriving business. With these new perspectives and tools, I increased my income by 350% in 3 years.

As an Asheville-based jewelry designer, I created a full-time profitable business in less than one year in the most bootstrapped way possible with no debt. I’ve had 7 businesses since 2003 and I’ve been at most levels of business from start-up to up-leveling multiple levels.

As a designer, I created retail, event, teaching, studio, consignment, and wholesale revenue streams with the help of contractors. At the end of 2020 I sold the assets from this business to do coaching full-time.

Creative and holistic entrepreneurs are who I support best. Areas of focus I best support clients in include money, business, marketing, sales, creativity, bold expression, and productivity.  I focus on supporting you to transform your relationship with business, marketing, sales, and money.  This includes sharing mindset and business strategies aligned with your values to liberate you to live more prosperously.

Training:

Since 2000, I have been on a path of personal growth and have given myself over 6 figures worth of training. These include spiritual healing, psychology-based modalities, emotion-focused healing, financial training, personality typing, marketing and sales training, and more.

Since 2003, I have been a Martha Beck Institute Certified coach. So, I offer the priceless tools of this amazing coaching pioneer and master of mindset transformation.

For 2 years I studied with and worked for Thrive Academy in California. I learned business skills including marketing and sales from this million-dollar training company that leads with heart.

In 2017, I became a Best Year Yet Certified coach, allowing me to help you clarify your vision, and set, track, and achieve goals that are aligned with your values.

In addition, I have been strongly influenced by shamanism, T. Harv Eker, Lynne Twist, Wayne Dyer, Eckart Tolle, Tosha Silver, Inner Family Systems, Voice Dialoguing, Gay & Kathlyn Hendricks, Elizabeth Gilbert, Marie Forleo, Hakomi therapy, and Lee Harris.

In 2019, my TEDx talk, “Harnessing Creativity as Your Greatest Business Asset“ was among the 10% of TEDx talks chosen for TED.com. I share my lowest moment in business and how I turned it around.
